Impressive Mylar Bags
I bought these bags to store food in long term. They are very sturdy. They stand up nicely on a table when filling them. The zip lock tops seal well. Then I ran an iron across the top for a more permanent and lasting seal. Nothing sticks to the iron and it seals the bags perfectly. I’m very impressed with the quality of these bags! I’m sure I’ll be buying more.

They are thin, but a very good price
These are not what I use for long term storage, but we will freeze dry meals for camping, or lazy nights, and they are economical and appropriate for that usage.

(update) Absorbers do not work
If you are buying these absorbers it brings, don’t buy. The 500cc absorbers are a lot stronger than I am used to using, so I was excited to see the outcome. However the absorbers do not work at all. By the time I prepped all the bags and left them to sit for a week and nothing is happening. I had to use my 300cc absorbers.** we got a package resent. The absorbers work now, my mom doesn’t think these are 500cc absorbers. Also it seems that a few of the bags have defects, possibly a small hole somewhere because they would deflate and tighten and a moment later the bags are inflated again. Keep an eye on your bags for a week and see if they remain consistently tight.

Seem very thin for 10Mil
My main complaint is these bags seem very thin for 10Mil. I’ve bought other bags that were rated 5 mil and they seem thicker then these. Functionally, they’ll be fine and work for what I need them but I have a feeling that this company is not being truthful in their advertising.

Small bags no oxy absorbers.
They work fine but the ones I usually buy are larger and have oxygen absorbers with them. And the labels are really small.

Totally not worth the money.
These bags are not 9.5 ml they are so flimsy and thin . Waste of money and work, I’m so upset. I have to re-do all my packaging !!

Not as thick as advertised.
These bags only work ok if you are using it to freeze stuff or for poder goods. If you’re trying to store anything like dehydrated meats and use a vacuum sealer with it the bag is so thin that it pokes holes on the sides of the bags allowing air into the bag. I don’t recommend these and won’t be buying again.

Missing O2 absorbers
Order arrived timely and the bags appear to be of decent quality. Unfortunately my shipment was missing all of the O2 absorbers.

Every one I tried leaked air back in. Will not seal in food sealer.

Resealable bags
These resealable bags work as advertising. The bags work and also come with labels. They are a good size for small dry food or snacks. They are durable and decent.

Backpacking food storage
I mostly got these for backpacking and hope they will work with dehydrated food. I’m also hoping that these will do a good job reducing odor. There is an extra amount of material at the top for sealing above the zip lock closure. It’s also nice that the bottom flairs out to be self-standing when full. Looking forward to using these on the trail. My only concern is the company stating maximum temp is 175 degrees, I’m hoping that is Celsius. Researching boiling water in Mylar, I found an article that says PET Mylar can stand up to 250 degrees.
